Sir Tony Blair has advised Britain to accept AI doctors and nurses as he said the world was 'in the foothills' of the most significant tranformation since the Industrial Revolution.

Speaking at the SXSW celebration in London, Sir Tony said: 'We're in the foothills of the most transformative revolution since the Industrial Revolution of the 19th century.
'Government's all about process, so you could utilize AI to speed up the procedure of the federal government, making sure that we do, for example, all the regular jobs of government a lot more efficiently.
'You could be reacting to individuals in a much more delicate, much faster, much better, more effective way.
